Suheima Shamsoodeen is a Director of Frontier Advisory and Heads the Executive Seminars division of the firm. This involves leading the Africa Frontiers Forum in conjunction with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange – South Africa’s leading business seminar series pertaining to Africa – as well as the BRICS & Beyond series which leads C-Suite executives to emerging market economies. Suheima has previously occupied the position of Finance Manager for the firm and has overseen performance tracking of staff members.

Suheima was formerly with BP South Africa for a period of ten years in the position of Performance Manager, Retail. Her roles included serving as the Executive Assistant to the COO of BP South Africa as well Head of Performance Management for BP’s Retail Business (fuels & convenience). Prior to these positions she served as Performance Lead, Business Optimisation for BP Commercial Fuels (B2B). Suheima also worked as a member of the BP-Castrol integration team following the merger of the two companies.

Suheima has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Industrial Psychology from UNISA.
